One-to-One Coaching

For women, at any stage of life.

There is a particular kind of pressure that women carry. The pressure to hold everything together while quietly losing track of themselves. To move through roles, relationships, and responsibilities without always having the space to ask what they actually need, or who they actually are beneath all of it.

Some things are difficult to work through in a group. A decision that feels too personal, a pattern that keeps repeating, a season of life that has brought more change than clarity. These are the moments that call for a different kind of support. Quiet, focused, and genuinely directed at you.

Our one-to-one coaching is offered by Jaya Neil, whose twenty-five years of working closely with women across education, community, and personal development has given her a rare quality: the ability to help a woman see her situation more clearly than she could on her own, and to find her way back to herself in the process.

This is not about being told what to do. It is about developing the clarity and confidence to decide for yourself, and the groundedness to hold on to who you are while doing it.

How it works.

Coaching with Jaya is not a one-time conversation. Real clarity takes time. Time to surface what is actually going on beneath the presenting problem, time to examine the beliefs and patterns that have shaped how a woman moves through her life, and time to build the kind of grounded confidence that does not disappear when circumstances change.

Whether you are a young woman finding your footing, a working woman navigating competing demands, a mother in the middle of a significant transition, or a woman at any point simply trying to reconnect with herself — this work meets you where you are.

Sessions are available online or in person. There is no fixed programme to follow. You reach out, and from there the work finds its own shape, guided by what you are carrying, what you are working toward, and what pace of change is sustainable for you.

The first step is simply reaching out.

There is no formal intake process and no commitment required upfront. If something on this page has resonated, get in touch. A first conversation is enough to understand whether this is the right fit — for you, and for the work you want to do.
